Michael Moulton

Partner

Mike Moulton’s practice concentrates on corporate and strategic transactional matters. Mike counsels clients with respect to startup and early stage securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. He also counsels clients with respect to corporate governance and represents executives in connection with some of the most sensitive and transformational moments of their careers. Prior to founding Moulton | Moore LLP, Mike practiced corporate law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, with a particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and board advisory matters.

Tim Moore’s practice concentrates on sophisticated executive compensation matters in sensitive transactional contexts. Tim counsels “C-suite” executives at both public and private companies, as well as founders of startup companies, in connection with the most transformational moments of their careers: from navigating new-hire employment package negotiations; to structuring and negotiating management compensation packages in connection with change-of-control “exits” and post-closing arrangements; to sensitive separation and settlement negotiations; and to circumstances warranting special incentive, bonus and equity compensation arrangements. Tim also advises Silicon Beach and other innovative companies regarding executive and employee compensation matters generally. Prior to founding Moulton | Moore LLP, Tim practiced at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York, New York, with a particular emphasis on structuring compensation arrangements in transactional contexts.

Aaina Agarwal

Associate

Aaina Agarwal’s practice concentrates on corporate and executive compensation matters. Aaina represents executives at startups and later-stage companies in connection with negotiating their new-hire packages, as well as structuring equity compensation and other special incentive arrangements throughout their careers. Additionally, she advises emerging companies with respect to formation, financing, and employment matters. She has also acted as counsel to clients on a number of entertainment-related transactions, and to artists and visionaries with respect to developing their brands. Prior to joining Moulton | Moore LLP, Aaina practiced law at a firm that counsels technology startups and entrepreneurs, with a focus on providing corporate counsel to emerging companies.
