The Firm has prepared a white paper that explores the new collegiate athlete compensation landscape under the House v. NCAA settlement agreement, as well as critical issues that should be addressed in implementing competitive rev share and NIL programs for collegiate athletes. We identify certain key issues and contractual provisions in rev share deals and NIL arrangements, and we also identify important questions that remain unanswered as of the date of the white paper. We are available to discuss our Firm’s perspective in the white paper upon request. Our full white paper can also be found here: MMS House Rev Share Article.
